Our Anchorage-based food truck serves warm buns stuffed with a variety of fantastic fillings! From Curries to Reubens to Mango Coconut, we’re sure to have the right bun for you, hun! And don’t despair, if gluten isn’t your friend, we’ve got hand pies that will knock your socks off! Please bring extra socks, just in case that happens.

BOREALIS BUNS
In 2024, it all started with a dream… A dream of “What if you could hold curry in your hand without burning yourself or getting stains all over your clothes?” So Skylar Arend (that’s me!) set out to make that dream a reality. And now I’ve got a big blue truck full of big beautiful buns and, uhh, I ran out of b-words. But what I lack in vocabulary, I make up for in enthusiasm for putting good foods inside good dough!
